Come enjoy Crystal Chamfron's sixth year in a relaxed atmosphere on the fields beside a reproduction of Lewis & Clark’s Camp DuBois stockade fort. Activities planned include: |
Equestrian authorizations in the morning and games (heads, rings, reeds, quintain, and a quest) in the afternoon |

Armored authorizations and combat |

Rapier authorizations and combat, including a fort battle |

Thrown weapons |

Archery |
In addition to the martial activities, our own Lady Malina An Eich Gil will be on hand to decorate you or your horse (yes, it's period!) with henna for a nominal fee!
Slat beds are available in cabins inside the fort (first come first serve - bring your own bedding); space for camping is available outside the fort. Site is wet. Campfires are okay.
Site Fee: $8.00 ($5 non-member surcharge; ½ off for children 12 and under with children under 6 free; family cap is $24.00). Open air feast on Saturday evening: $8.00.

Directions: Do not try to mapquest this site. Use directions provided.
From I-255 go to Rt 143 (Wood River / Edwardsville) and turn west toward Wood River. Go thru Wood River and over the railroad overpass. Just after the overpass will be a sign to the right for Camp DuBois.
From I-270 go to Rt 3 north toward Alton. After Hartford, turn right onto Rt 143 toward Wood River. Soon after turning onto Rt 143 there will be a sign on the left for Camp DuBois.
